This is a Genuine OEM Ford Engine Oil Cooler Assembly designed as a direct replacement for 2020–2023 Ford Explorer and 2020–2023 Ford Police Interceptor Utility. It replaces the earlier revision and is the current production part for these applications.

Genuine OEM Ford part manufactured to factory specifications. Fits the 2.3L Gas, 3.0L Gas, 3.3L Flex, and 3.3L Full Hybrid EV-GAS (FHEV) engines. Includes gasket. Functions as an engine heat exchanger that cools engine oil through oil-to-water or oil-to-air cooling to remove surplus heat from the engine.
