You can return your part within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the part's purchase price, excluding the original shipping charges. There's no need to contact us beforehand – just ensure you meet the requirements outlined below and follow the easy instructions.

Please carefully review the following conditions under which we cannot accept returns:
Missing Original Packaging and Part Number Label
The original manufacturer's packaging with the attached part number label is absolutely essential for any return. Do not discard the packaging! Without this packaging, the manufacturer will not accept the return from us, and therefore, we cannot issue you a credit. Even if the part is brand new, if the original packaging is missing, we will have to return the item to you.
Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Returns
We are also unable to accept returns if:
- The part has been installed, attempted to be installed, or disassembled.
- The part has been painted.
- The part has been broken or damaged after receipt.
- The original packaging has been lost or damaged.
- The part has been exposed to moisture, or has greasy fingerprints or other signs of handling beyond initial inspection.
Important Information Regarding Electrical Parts
Electrical parts are subject to specific return conditions. We can only accept returns on electrical parts that have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. Any signs of attempted installation will render the part non-returnable.
For clarification, an electrical part includes any component that requires plugging in, or contains a switch, sensor, circuit board, or electrical wiring.

The following images illustrate what the part number label on the original packaging typically looks like. If your part does not have packaging with a similar label, we cannot accept your return.
How to Return Your Part
Please note: You do not need to contact us to initiate a return.
- Ensure the part is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging with the intact manufacturer part number label (as shown above).
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email inside the return package.
- Ship your package via a reliable carrier such as UPS or your local postal service. We recommend using UPS for potentially faster and more reliable service in our area.
- Obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier before you leave the store. Purchasing shipping insurance is also advisable, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return?
You can track the progress of your return using the tracking number you obtained from the shipping carrier.
Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method, typically within one business day. You will receive an email or text notification once the refund has been issued.
Important Note Regarding Refund Processing Time: While we process refunds promptly, please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take up to 7 business days to post the refund to your account.
