Missing Original Packaging and Label

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: The original manufacturer's packaging with the attached, intact part number label is absolutely essential for any return. Without this, we cannot issue a credit.

General Reasons for Non-Acceptance

  • The part has been installed, attempted to be installed, or disassembled.
  • The part has been painted.
  • The part has been broken or damaged after receipt.
  • The original packaging has been lost or damaged.
  • The part has been exposed to moisture, or has greasy fingerprints or other signs of handling beyond initial inspection.

Important Information Regarding Electrical Parts

We can only accept returns on electrical parts that have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. Any signs of attempted installation will render the part non-returnable.

(An electrical part includes any component that requires plugging in, or contains a switch, sensor, circuit board, or electrical wiring.)

📦 Step-by-Step: How to Return Your Part
  1. Verify Condition: Ensure the part is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging with the intact manufacturer part number label (as shown in the examples).
  2. Include Documentation: Place a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email inside the return package.
  3. Choose Carrier: Ship your package via a reliable carrier such as UPS or Fedex. (UPS is often recommended for faster service in our area.) The US Postal Service is not recommended due to a high level of theft and loss across their network. 
  4. Get Tracking: Obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier before you leave the store. Purchasing shipping insurance is also highly advisable, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
  5. Ship to Address: Send your return package to the address provided above.

Inspection & Processing

Once your return arrives, our team will inspect it against the return conditions. Upon successful inspection, we process your refund to your original payment method, typically within one business day. You will receive an email or text notification once the refund has been issued.
