Warranty

All Products are. covered by a 1 year Warranty.

 

Our Warranty Coverage

We will replace the parts free of charge for any reason not caused by collision or installation, other human intervention, incorrect application, modifications, use of the products outside the context of its normal, customary, and intended operating conditions (including without limitation, any form of commercial, fleet, rental or off-road use), or physical damage for 1 year and only for the vehicle in which the part was originally installed.

One Time replacement.

Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.

Warranty Is non transferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle in which it was purchased for. Warranty does not transfer to new owner of item purchased or vehicle purchased with the item installed.
 

How to obtain a replacement under warranty within the first year.

*You must return the defective part to us for inspection prior to a replacement part being sent. *

We will attempt to resolve your issue by phone or text; if it cannot be solved we will provide specific instructions on how to obtain warranty replacement at no charge to you within the 1 year warranty period.


Warranty Voids for discontinued items.

On Rare Occasions Manufacturers will discontinue production of certain parts over time. If this part becomes discontinued, we will do out best to try to find a new genuine replacement for you. However if none is available, your warranty will becomes void If the part is no longer produced or obtainable. You can verify discontinuation by contacting your local new car dealer with the part number from your original order.

Back orders

Occasionally a part may be back ordered from the manufacturer during the warranty period. If this occurs we will notify you of the expected date of the arrival of the part. At that date you can contact us and we will begin the warranty process at that time, Back orders and delays, although rare, are beyond our control.

Overview of the warranty process

  1. In the First year You contact us by phone at 281-500-6006 or by text at 833-500-5779
  2. We troubleshoot your issue by phone.
  3. If we cannot resolve you issue by phone, we give you information on sending the item back for replacement.
  4. You send the defective item back
  5. We send you a replacement.

Warranty Parts will be shipped to you via ground shipping the next day after we receive your defective item. We pay the shipping to you from us. The return shipping inbound to us is your responsibility after 30 days of purchase. If your item is defective within the first 30 days of purchase, we pay shipping both ways.

 

For Aftermarket, Performance Parts or Accessories

Warranty issues can be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

We handle missing parts, damages, returns, lost package claims, and other inquiries within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Manufacturer warranty

Most manufacturers offer long warranties, and they differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. 

We encourage you to visit the manufacturers website before you purchase to see warranty length and any exclusions that could apply.

For issues outside of the 30 day time frame please contact the manufacturer warranty department directly. You can find the manufactures website by searching the brand of the product in google. 

This will streamline the resolution process and prevent communication gaps, which can cause your claim to be further delayed. Below you will find a list of the documentation that they may require so you can begin your request.

The information you will need to provide is:

  • Include your Contact name, address and day time phone number
  • Describe the Product you purchased (Include the year, make, model of truck)
  • Describe the Problem in one simple paragraph, when possible
  • Attach Images illustrating the problem
  • Attach Proof of Purchase (copy of your original sales receipt)

 

General Warranty Information

Missing/ Stolen parts.

Warranty does not cover any item that goes missing before, during or after installation. You will want to be sure you install your part tightly, and correctly. You will want to contact your auto insurance company for any stolen parts, or parts that become detached or lost after installation. We are in no way liable for improper installation.
