Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why all genuine parts come with a 1-year warranty.

Our warranty coverage includes free part replacement for any reason not caused by collision or installation, other human intervention, incorrect application, modifications, use of the products outside the context of its normal, customary, and intended operating conditions (including without limitation, any form of commercial, fleet, rental or off-road use), or physical damage for 1 year, and only for the vehicle in which the part was originally installed.

(1) time replacement:

Please note that the warranty covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple replacements are not covered. After one replacement, the warranty will no longer be in effect.

The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle in which it was purchased for. The warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.

How to obtain warranty service:

If a replacement is needed under warranty within the first year, you must return the defective part to us for inspection prior to a replacement part being sent.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us by text at 832-722-4697 or by phone with your order number, the items that are defective, and the problems you are experiencing. We will attempt to resolve your issue by phone or text. If it cannot be solved, we will provide specific instructions on how to obtain a warranty replacement at no charge to you within the 1-year warranty period.

Please note that the warranty voids for discontinued items. If a part becomes discontinued, we will do our best to try to find a new genuine replacement for you. However, if none is available, your warranty becomes void if the part is no longer produced or obtainable.

Back-orders and Manufacturer Discontinuations:

Occasionally, a part may be back-ordered from the manufacturer during the warranty period. If this occurs, we will notify you of the expected date of the arrival of the part. At that date, you can contact us, and we will begin the warranty process at that time. Please note that back-orders and delays, although rare, are beyond our control.

On rare occasions, Parts will be discontinued and cease production by the manufacturer. If this occurs during the warranty period we will do our best to locate a new genuine replacement for you. If there is no supply left, and the part will no longer be manufactured, your warranty will void automatically. You can verify discontinuation by contacting you local new car dealer with the part number to verify.
