In-stock items ship out the same day if ordered by noon and generally deliver to most of the USA within 5 business days unless faster shipping is chosen at checkout.

Special order items will be delivered within 5 business days of us receiving your order from the manufacturer.

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed while in transit.

Package Theft Policy:

We take great pride in our fast shipping and quality damage-free packaging. However, there are porch pirates in many neighborhoods who may steal packages.

Once the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, please note: we do not replace or refund any package that goes missing after it has been scanned by the carrier as delivered.

We provide 100% coverage due to loss or damage during shipping and transit until the package is marked as "delivered."

If the package goes missing after it has been marked as delivered, please contact your local police and homeowners/renters insurance for reimbursement.

If the package was damaged in transit, please let us know, and we can help you file a damage claim.
