- Address changes cannot be made once your vehicle part is in transit.
⚠️ Package Theft & Loss Policy
We take pride in our fast, damage-free packaging. However, we must address the rise of "porch pirates" in many neighborhoods.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We provide 100% coverage for loss or damage until the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier. We do not replace or refund any package that goes missing after it has been scanned as delivered.
If your vehicle part is missing after a confirmed delivery:
- Contact your local police department to file a report.
- Contact your homeowners or renters insurance for reimbursement.
- If the item was stolen, we will work with you to provide a discounted price on a replacement item.
- If the package was damaged in transit, let us know immediately so we can file a damage claim.
