This is a Genuine OEM upper liftgate exterior release switch assembly for 2019–2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Silverado 1500 LTD, Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500 HD, Silverado EV, Blazer EV, and GMC Sierra 1500, Sierra 1500 Limited, Sierra 2500 HD, Sierra 3500 HD, and Sierra EV. This is the upper-position switch designed for the GMC MultiPro tailgate upper gate section.

This Genuine GM OEM part is the upper gate position, blue-wire variant and is designed for vehicles without a power liftgate. It is compatible with 2.7L 4-cylinder, 3.0L 6-cylinder diesel, 5.3L V8, 6.2L V8, 6.6L V8, and 6.6L V8 diesel engines. This part is offered in primer and will require painting to match your vehicle. Note: this is the upper switch only — the lower/main gate uses a separate yellow-wire switch and is not included.
