This is a Genuine OEM GM Rear Side Door Outside Handle Assembly with integrated LED perimeter lighting, designed as a direct replacement for the Cadillac ATS, CT6, CTS, XT4, XT5, XT6, and XTS. It replaces the original rear exterior door handle on select 4-door sedan, notchback, and crossover body styles across these models.

Sourced directly from GM, this handle is a brand-new, unused OEM part finished in Black and is mounted at the rear position of the vehicle. It is compatible with 2.0L 4-cylinder, 2.5L 4-cylinder, 3.0L V6, 3.6L V6, 4.2L V8, and 6.2L V8 engines depending on model. Fitment is specific to Luxury, Performance, Premium, Plus, Platinum, and V-Series trim levels on applicable models — it does not fit base or coupe body styles where noted, and applies to 4-door configurations only.
