This genuine OEM ambient temperature sensor fits 2013-2022 Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 models, as well as 2013-2019 Ram 4500 and 2013-2020 Ram 5500 trucks. It is compatible with 3.6L V6, 5.7L V8, and 6.7L I6 engines across all these model years.
This genuine OEM quality sensor is positioned on the Driver Side and mounts in the bottom of the driver side mirror arm, located under the driver's side mirror. It is compatible with various mirror configurations including Manual 6 x 9 Black Mirrors, Mirrors-Tow Man Adj/Fold Black, Mirrors-Tow Pwr Adj Heat Black, Power Chrome Trailer Tow Mirrors, Power Heated Mirrors Fold-Away, Power Mirrors, and Power Multi-Function F/Away Mirrors. This sensor is essential to prevent check engine light and diagnostic trouble codes when using aftermarket or OEM tow mirrors.
