This is a Genuine OEM Mopar PCV Valve Hose (Cylinder Head to Intake Manifold), also known as the Crankcase Breather Hose, designed for 5.7L HEMI-equipped Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler vehicles. It fits the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Commander, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, Dodge Durango, and Chrysler 300 across model years 2009–2019, as well as the 2021–2023 Chrysler 300.

This is a direct-fit, OE-spec replacement sourced directly from Mopar. It is engineered specifically for vehicles equipped with the 8 Cyl 5.7L MDS VVT HEMI engine (option code EZH), including 5.7L V8 HEMI HEV, 5.7L HEMI VCT, 5.7L V8 HEMI MDS VCT, and 5.7L V8 HEMI MDS VVT engine variants; it does not fit 3.6L V6 or other non-HEMI engine configurations.
