This is a Genuine GM Auxiliary Heater Inlet Hose Tee, a molded plastic tee fitting used in the auxiliary/rear HVAC heater hose routing system. It fits select 2000–2013 Chevrolet Silverado, Suburban, and Tahoe; 2000–2013 GMC Sierra, Yukon, and Yukon XL; 2002–2013 Cadillac Escalade; and 2003–2009 Hummer H2 models equipped with an auxiliary or rear heating system.

This is a Genuine OEM GM part, manufactured to factory specifications for a precise, direct-replacement fit. It is 111mm in length, natural in finish, and provides secure quick-coupling of heater hoses to the heater core, engine, and heater valves. This tee is applicable to vehicles equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, and 6.2L V8 engines, as well as 6.6L diesel-equipped trucks where applicable, and is designed specifically for models fitted with an auxiliary or rear HVAC heater system — not all trims within each nameplate are compatible.
