We stand behind the quality of our products. All genuine vehicle parts come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

🛡️ What is Covered

Free part replacement for defects in materials or workmanship under normal, customary, and intended operating conditions.

Valid only for the original vehicle (VIN-specific).
Coverage is non-transferable to new owners.
Includes one (1) replacement during the warranty period.

🚫 What is Not Covered

Labor costs, shipping (after 30 days), or diagnostic fees.
Damage from collisions, off-road use, or modifications.
Fleet, commercial, or rental use.
Improper installation or "human intervention."

💬 How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you experience an issue with your vehicle part, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact via Live Chat
Reach out to us via Live Chat (Mon-Fri, 9AM-4PM Central) with your order number and a description of the defect.

Step 2: Troubleshooting
We will attempt to resolve the issue via chat. If it cannot be solved, we will provide instructions for a return for inspection.

Step 3: Inspection & Replacement
Defective items must be returned to us for inspection prior to a replacement being sent. Once verified, a new part will be shipped via Ground service.

📦 Shipping Policy

Within 30 Days: We pay for shipping both ways if the item is defective.

After 30 Days: You are responsible for inbound shipping to our warehouse. We pay for the outbound shipping of the replacement part back to you.

⚠️ Discontinued Items

If a manufacturer discontinues a part or it is no longer obtainable, the warranty becomes void. We will always do our best to find a genuine replacement if production is active.

Important Limitation: Replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty term. This policy offers replacement only; no cash refunds or reimbursements for labor or expenses are provided, expressed, or implied.
