2007-2012 Nissan Altima Sedan Front Door Hinge Check Stopper

Fits 4 door sedan only. 

Fits Either side on the front doors. 

Installation Instructions:

Important Note: Before beginning the installation process, make sure that the replacement part matches the one being replaced in terms of make, model, and specifications.

Tools Needed:

Phillips head screwdriver Trim panel removal tool (optional) Skill Level: Beginner

Time Needed: 15-30 minutes

Steps:

1. Locate the area on the door where the door hinge check stopper needs to be installed.

2. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to carefully remove any screws or bolts securing the panel covering the door hinge.

3. If necessary, use a trim panel removal tool to carefully pry off any clips or fasteners holding the panel in place.

4. Gently pull the panel away from the door to reveal the old door hinge check stopper.

5. Remove the old door hinge check stopper by pressing the tab or lever on the connector and pulling it away from the hinge.

6. Take the new door hinge check stopper and carefully insert it into the hinge in the same location where the old stopper was removed.

7. Press the tab or lever on the connector and connect it to the hinge until it clicks into place.

8. Test the new door hinge check stopper by opening and closing the door to ensure that it operates properly.

9. Reinstall the panel covering the hinge by aligning any clips or fasteners and tightening any screws or bolts that were removed earlier.

That's it! The installation process is now complete. Remember to dispose of any old parts and materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
