Special Order Info

The Special Order Process: 

  1. Once you place your order, we send your order to the OEM manufacturer for processing.
  2. Usually within one business day, the manufacturer will ship the part to us in Texas. Depending on how far away the warehouse is that ships the part to us, it is normally 2 to 5 business days for us to get the part. In some instances it may take a few less days or a few more days for us to get the part. 
  3. Once we have your part, we will ship it to you the same day that we receive it from the manufacturer. Depending on your location proximity to Texas it will be 2 to 4 business days after we receive your special order that you will receive your part.

 

Rarely, Due to OEM manufacturers only updating their inventory numbers. a few times a week, parts can sell out unexpectedly and backorder. (See Below).

 

Q: When Will I Be Charged? 

A: Your card will be authorized at the time of the transaction. It's important to know that an authorization is not a charge, it is simply a debit to your available credit that your bank does to be sure that the money is available on your card. We will not submit the final charge until your part ships.

 

 Q: It's been a few days since I placed my order, and I havent heard anything, should i be concerned?

A: It's normal not not to hear from us for a few days while we wait for your special order part to come in. if you need additional help during this time don't hesitate to text us at 832-722-4697 with any questions. 

 

Q: Can I cancel a order?

A: Yes, you can cancel a order and receive a full refund, including shipping charges, up until the time it is shipped. To cancel a order, simply click on the "cancel order" link provided in your order confirmation email.

 

Backorders

In some rare instances, backorders may occur. This happens when the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) receives more orders than the available supply of parts. While backorders are typically short in duration, in certain cases, they may take longer to fulfill.

If your pre-ordered part is expected to take longer than initially promised to reach you, our team will reach out to you via text message. You will have the option to decide whether you'd like to wait for the part or cancel your order for a full refund.
