Q: Is the part in stock?

A: Most Parts are in stock and ship out the same or next business day. However some parts will need to be ordered from the OEM Manufacturer and take several extra days to arrive to our warehouse before shipping out to you.

Due to OEM manufacturers only updating their inventory numbers. a few times a week, parts can sell out unexpectedly and backorder. (See Below).

Q: When will my part ship?

A: Your part will be shipped within the time frame specified on the part's product page. Before adding the part to your cart, you can review this information to know when to expect the shipment.

Q: Can I cancel a order?

A: Yes, you can cancel a order and receive a full refund, including shipping charges, up until the time it is shipped. To cancel a order, simply click on the "cancel order" link provided in your order confirmation email.


In some rare instances, backorders may occur. This happens when the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) receives more orders than the available supply of parts. While backorders are typically short in duration, in certain cases, they may take longer to fulfill.

If your pre-ordered part is expected to take longer than initially promised to reach you, our team will reach out to you via text message. You will have the option to decide whether you'd like to wait for the part or cancel your order for a full refund.
