The Genuine OEM Mazda Steering Wheel Clock Spring for the 2004-2009 Mazda 3 is an essential component in the proper functioning of your vehicle's steering system. Installation Instructions:
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the driver airbag module using a suitable tool and disconnect the electrical connector from the clock spring.
- Remove the steering wheel nut and then remove the steering wheel from the steering column.
- Remove the clock spring retaining screws and then remove the clock spring from the steering column.
- Install the new clock spring onto the steering column and secure it with the retaining screws.
- Install the steering wheel onto the steering column and secure it with the nut.
- Connect the electrical connector to the clock spring and then install the driver airbag module.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable.
