- Take the new control cable and carefully align it with the mounting location on the AC heater control valve assembly. Make sure it is centered properly.
- Insert the bolts through the holes in the new control cable and tighten them securely with a socket wrench set.
- Use pliers to connect the end of the control cable to the lever arm on the AC heater control valve assembly.
- Test the new control cable by operating the AC heater control switch to make sure it is functioning properly.
