2015-2020 Ford Transit Powerstroke 3.2 Fuel Injector Line Tube

This Fuel Injector Line Tube resolves the problem of fuel leakage and damage to the fuel system caused by a faulty or damaged fuel injector line tube. It is an essential part that connects the fuel injector to the fuel rail and ensures the proper flow of fuel to the engine. Installation Instructions:

Tools required: Socket wrench set, Fuel line disconnect tool, Flathead screwdriver, Shop rags.

1. Turn off the engine and remove the key from the ignition.
2. Relieve the fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse or relay and starting the engine until it stalls.
3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
4. Remove the engine cover and locate the fuel injector line tube that needs to be replaced.
5. Disconnect the fuel injector line tube from the fuel rail and the fuel injector using a fuel line disconnect tool.
6. Remove the old fuel injector line tube and clean the fuel injector and fuel rail mating surfaces using a shop rag.
7. Install the new fuel injector line tube and connect it to the fuel injector and fuel rail.
8. Use a flathead screwdriver to secure the fuel injector line tube to the fuel rail and fuel injector.
9. Reinstall the engine cover, reconnect the negative battery cable and the fuel pump fuse or relay.
10. Start the engine and check for leaks.

The installation of this fuel injector line tube takes approximately 45 minutes to complete and requires a moderate skill level.
