Important Note: Before beginning the installation process, make sure that the replacement part matches the one being replaced in terms of make, model, and specifications.

- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flat head screwdriver (optional)

Time Needed: 15-30 minutes
Steps:
- Locate the outdoor air temperature sensor on your Mazda. It is typically located near the front grille or in the front bumper.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove any screws securing the sensor cover.
- If necessary, use a flat head screwdriver to carefully pry off any clips or fasteners holding the cover in place.
- Carefully remove the cover to reveal the wiring harness and connector for the old sensor.
- Disconnect the wiring harness from the old sensor by pressing the tab or lever on the connector and pulling it away from the sensor.
- Carefully remove the old sensor from its mounting location and discard it.
- Take the new outdoor air temperature sensor and carefully insert it into the mounting location, making sure it is secured properly.
- Connect the wiring harness to the new sensor by pushing the connector onto the sensor until it clicks into place.

Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
