The 2013-2019 Ford Escape or C-Max Hood Bumper Holder is a genuine OEM auto part that is designed to perfectly fit your Ford vehicle and resolve any issues you may be experiencing with your hood.
Installation Instructions:

Locate the hood bumper holder on your 2013-2019 Ford Escape or C-Max. This should be on the underside of the hood, towards the front.

Carefully remove the old hood bumper holder from the vehicle, taking care not to damage any of the connectors or surrounding components.

Take the new hood bumper holder and position it in place on the underside of the hood. Ensure that it is aligned and flush with the surrounding panel.

Use the appropriate hardware (not included) to attach the new hood bumper holder to the underside of the hood.

Test the stability of the new hood bumper holder by applying firm pressure to it. Check for any movement or looseness.

You have installed or attempted to install or disassemble the part
You have painted the part.
You have broken the part.
You have lost the original packaging.
You have gotten the part wet, or the part has greasy fingerprints.
ELECTRICAL PARTS.
Electrical parts can only be returned if they have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. If the part shows signs, of an attempted install we will be unable to accept your return.

Our Warranty Coverage
We will replace the parts free of charge for any reason not caused by collision or installation, other human intervention, incorrect application, modifications, use of the products outside the context of its normal, customary, and intended operating conditions (including without limitation, any form of commercial, fleet, rental or off-road use), or physical damage for 1 year and only for the vehicle in which the part was originally installed.
One Time replacement.
Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
