1. Park your Express Savana Van on a flat, stable surface and ensure the engine is off.
2. Open the hood and locate the existing power brake booster.
3. Disconnect the vacuum line and brake pedal linkage from the power brake booster.
4. Use a wrench to remove the mounting nuts securing the brake booster to the firewall.
5. Carefully remove the old power brake booster from the vehicle.
6. Position the new Genuine Power Brake Booster in place and secure it with the mounting nuts.
7. Reconnect the brake pedal linkage and vacuum line to the new power brake booster.
8. Ensure proper operation of the new brake booster by pressing the brake pedal several times before starting the engine. The pedal should feel firm.

You have installed or attempted to install or disassemble the part
You have painted the part.
You have broken the part.
You have lost the original packaging.
You have gotten the part wet, or the part has greasy fingerprints.

Electrical parts can only be returned if they have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. If the part shows signs, of an attempted install we will be unable to accept your return.

One Time replacement.
Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
