2. Once the trim panel is removed, locate the old driver's side door number keypad. It will be connected to the wiring harness inside the door panel. Use a flat-head screwdriver to gently pry away any clips that hold the keypad in place.

3. With the old keypad removed, disconnect it from the wiring harness. You may need to use pliers or a socket wrench set to remove any bolts or nuts that hold the wiring harness in place.

4. Take the new genuine Ford wired keyless entry driver's side door number keypad and connect it to the wiring harness. Use pliers or a socket wrench set to securely fasten any bolts or nuts that hold the wiring harness in place.
