2007-2013 Mazda CX-7 & CX-9 Rear Window Wiper Arm

Installation Instructions:

Important Note: Before beginning the installation process, make sure that the replacement part matches the one being replaced in terms of make, model, and specifications.

Tools Needed:

• Wrench or socket set
• Flathead screwdriver

Skill Level: Intermediate

Time Needed: 30-45 minutes

Steps:

1. Locate the rear window wiper arm on the vehicle.
2. Use a wrench or socket set to remove the nut that secures the wiper arm to the wiper motor.
3. Gently pry off the old wiper arm from the wiper motor with a flathead screwdriver.
4. Discard the old wiper arm.
5. Take the new wiper arm and carefully align it with the wiper motor.
6. Insert the bolt through the hole in the new wiper arm and tighten it securely with a wrench or socket set.
7. Test the new wiper arm by turning on the rear wiper and observing its movement.
8. If necessary, adjust the position of the wiper arm by loosening the bolt slightly and moving it to the desired position.
9. Once the wiper arm is properly positioned, tighten the bolt securely.
10. Test the new wiper arm again to ensure it is functioning properly.
