Installation Instructions:
- Open the glove box and empty its contents.
- Locate the old glove box lock latch handle.
- Using a flathead screwdriver, gently pry off the plastic cover that is covering the locking mechanism.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws holding the old lock latch handle in place.
- Carefully remove the old lock latch handle from the glove box door.
- Take the new lock latch handle out of the packaging and inspect it to make sure there is no damage.
- Align the new lock latch handle with the holes on the glove box door.
- Insert the two screws that came with the new lock latch handle and use the Phillips head screwdriver to tighten them.
- Replace the plastic cover over the locking mechanism by snapping it back into place.
- Test the lock latch handle to ensure it is functioning properly.
- Place the contents back into the glove box and close it.
