Installation Instructions:
Replacing the Nissan Maxima Quest Altima Negative Battery Terminal - Genuine New requires the following tools:
- 10mm socket wrench or pliers
- Wire brush
Skill Level: Easy
Step 1: Disconnect the negative battery cable Using a 10mm socket wrench or pliers, loosen the nut on the negative battery terminal and remove the cable from the battery. Be careful not to touch the positive terminal with any metal object.
Step 2: Remove the old negative battery terminal Using a 10mm socket wrench or pliers, remove the nut on the old negative battery terminal and remove the terminal from the cable.
Step 3: Clean the cable Using a wire brush, clean the cable end to remove any corrosion or buildup. Make sure the cable end is clean and shiny.
Step 4: Install the new negative battery terminal Attach the new negative battery terminal to the cable and tighten the nut using a 10mm socket wrench or pliers. Make sure the terminal is securely attached to the cable.
Step 5: Reconnect the negative battery cable Attach the negative battery cable to the negative terminal on the battery and tighten the nut using a 10mm socket wrench or pliers.
Step 6: Test the new negative battery terminal Start the engine and test the new negative battery terminal to make sure it is securely in place and that there are no electrical issues.

You have broken the part.
You have lost the original packaging.
You have gotten the part wet, or the part has greasy fingerprints.

Electrical parts can only be returned if they have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. If the part shows signs, of an attempted install we will be unable to accept your return.

One Time replacement.
Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
