The Intake Manifold Hot Water Connection Elbow is a vital component for the proper functioning of your Ford Ranger or Ford Aerostar's engine. It is a direct fit for the 1994-2006 Ford Ranger 3.0 engine and the 1995-1997 Ford Aerostar 3.0, making it a perfect replacement for the original part.
Installation Instructions:
Begin by locating the hot water intake connection sensor elbow on your Ford Ranger's engine block. This is typically located on the driver's side of the engine block.
Use a wrench to loosen and remove the bolts that hold the old sensor elbow in place.
Carefully remove the old sensor elbow from the engine block. Be sure to clean any debris or old gasket material from the mating surface on the engine block.
Take the new genuine Ford hot water intake connection sensor elbow and insert it into the mounting location on the engine block. Make sure it is seated properly.
Insert the mounting bolts and tighten them securely with a wrench.
Check the coolant level in the engine and add more coolant if necessary.
Start the engine and check for any coolant leaks or other issues.

You have painted the part.
You have broken the part.
You have lost the original packaging.
You have gotten the part wet, or the part has greasy fingerprints.

Electrical parts can only be returned if they have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. If the part shows signs, of an attempted install we will be unable to accept your return.

One Time replacement.
Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
