2020-2022 Ford Super Duty F-250 F-350 Upfitter Fuse & Relay Panel

Upfitter Fuse & Relay Panel Fits:

2020-2022 Ford Super Duty F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550

Does not fit older models. The part being sold is intended to replace a defective fuse panel in a Super Duty that came with upfitter switches equipped from the factory.

If you are using this to add the upfitter switches feature to a truck, you would need more components that are not included.

For 2020 and Up the upfitter switch relay box now mounts on the passenger side with the main fuse box. You no longer need to run a harness around the nose of the truck to add upfitters like was done in the previous model years. The fuse/relay box now just plugs into the main harness right there on the passenger side and takes power directly from the battery terminal block, also on the passenger side.

Installation Instructions:

Installing the Upfitter Fuse & Relay Panel on a 2020-2022 Ford Super Duty F-250 or F-350 is a moderately difficult process that requires some specialized tools and knowledge. Here are the steps you need to follow to install the new Genuine Ford part:

Tools needed:

  • Socket set
  • Torque wrench
  • Wire cutters and strippers
  • Crimping tool
  • Electrical tape

Skill Level:

Time Needed:

Step 1: Remove the Old Fuse & Relay Panel

  • Locate the old fuse & relay panel on your vehicle.
  • Remove the bolts or screws holding the panel in place using a socket set.
  • Carefully pull the old panel away from the vehicle and unplug the wiring harnesses.

Step 2: Install the New Fuse & Relay Panel

  • Position the new upfitter fuse & relay panel in place where the old one was located.
  • Connect the wiring harnesses to the new panel.
  • Tighten the bolts or screws holding the panel in place using a socket set and torque wrench.

Step 3: Wire the New Panel

  • Connect any upfitter wires or accessories to the new panel using wire cutters, strippers, and a crimping tool.
  • Use electrical tape to wrap any exposed wires for added protection.

Step 4: Final Check

  • Once you have installed the new fuse & relay panel and wired any accessories, give it a final check to make sure everything is secure and functioning correctly.

That's it! With these steps, you should be able to install the new Upfitter Fuse & Relay Panel on your 2020-2022 Ford Super Duty F-250 or F-350. Remember to take your time and be patient during the process. If you encounter any problems or have any questions, consult a professional mechanic for assistance.
