Installation Instructions
Tools Needed: Screwdriver, Wrench
- Begin by detaching the old seat belt buckle. Use the screwdriver to remove the screws that secure it to the seat and the wrench to undo the bolt connecting it to the seat belt.
- Once removed, unplug the electrical connector attached to the buckle.
- Next, take the new seat belt buckle and plug in the electrical connector.
- Align the new buckle with the mounting area on the seat and secure it using the screwdriver and wrench to tighten the screws and bolt.
- Ensure the buckle is securely attached and that it properly latches and unlatches with the seat belt.
The installation process is moderate and might take approximately 30 minutes to an hour. Some technical skills are required to perform this installation.
