- Apply a thin layer of brake pad lubricant to the backs of the new brake pads.
- Install the new brake pads into the caliper bracket, making sure they are properly seated and secure.
- Carefully reattach the brake caliper to the caliper bracket and tighten the bolts to the torque specifications listed in your vehicle's owner's manual.
- Repeat steps 3-11 for the other side of the vehicle.
- Replace the wheel/tire assembly and tighten the lug nuts to the torque specifications listed in your vehicle's owner's manual.
- Lower the vehicle and test the brakes before driving.
