2007-2013 Mazda 3 CX-7 CX-9 Water Hose Connector Elbow

Installation Instructions:
Replacing the 2007-2013 Mazda 3 CX-7 CX-9 Water Hose Connector Elbow Genuine New requires the following tools:
- Pliers
- Flat head screwdriver
- Hose clamp pliers (optional)
Skill Level: Intermediate
Step 1: Drain the cooling system Allow the engine to cool down completely. Open the radiator cap and drain the coolant into a suitable container.
Step 2: Remove the old elbow Using pliers or hose clamp pliers (if equipped), remove the hose clamp from the old water hose connector elbow. Gently twist and pull the elbow to remove it from the hose.
Step 3: Install the new elbow Install the new water hose connector elbow onto the hose by gently twisting and pushing it into place. Be careful not to damage the hose.
Step 4: Secure the new elbow Using pliers or hose clamp pliers (if equipped), secure the new elbow onto the hose with the hose clamp.
Step 5: Refill the cooling system Refill the cooling system with the appropriate coolant and close the radiator cap.
Step 6: Test for leaks Start the engine and let it warm up. Check for leaks around the new elbow and the hose connections.
Estimated Time: 30-45 minutes. Note: It is important to properly dispose of the old coolant as it is harmful to the environment.
