2007-2010 Ford Expedition 5.4 Transmission Oil Pan Genuine OEM New

This is a Genuine OEM Transmission Oil Pan designed for 2007-2010 Ford Expedition vehicles equipped with the 5.4-liter engine. The transmission oil pan is a critical component of your vehicle's transmission system, responsible for storing and cooling transmission fluid. Crafted to precise specifications, this oil pan ensures proper fluid capacity and cooling performance, contributing to the smooth operation of your Expedition's transmission.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Begin by ensuring you have the necessary tools, including a socket set, a torque wrench, and a drain pan.
  2. Park your vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
  3. Locate the old transmission oil pan that requires replacement.
  4. Position a drain pan underneath the transmission oil pan to catch any fluid during removal.
  5. Using a socket set, carefully remove the bolts securing the old oil pan to the transmission.
  6. Gently lower the old oil pan, allowing any remaining fluid to drain into the drain pan.
  7. Inspect the area for any residue or debris and clean it if necessary.
  8. Take the new Genuine OEM Transmission Oil Pan and align it with the transmission.
  9. Secure the new oil pan in place by attaching the bolts removed in step 5.
  10. Torque the bolts to manufacturer specifications using a torque wrench.
  11. Dispose of the old transmission fluid properly and refill the transmission with the appropriate type and amount of fluid.
  12. The entire replacement process typically takes about 1-2 hours.
