Installation Instructions:
- Begin by ensuring you have the necessary tools, including pliers, a drain pan, and coolant for refilling.
- Park your vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
- Allow your engine to cool down if it has been running recently.
- Locate the old lower radiator hose on your Ford Explorer.
- Place the drain pan under the lower radiator hose connection point to catch any coolant that may spill.
- Using pliers, carefully remove the hose clamps from both ends of the old lower radiator hose.
- Gently detach the old hose from the radiator and the engine's water inlet or thermostat housing.
- Inspect the connections for any residue or debris and clean them if necessary.
- Take the new Genuine OEM Lower Radiator Hose and attach one end to the radiator and the other end to the engine's water inlet or thermostat housing.
- Secure the hose in place by reattaching the hose clamps removed in step 6.
- Carefully refill the radiator with the appropriate type and amount of coolant.
- Start your engine and monitor the coolant level. Add more coolant if needed to reach the proper level.
- The entire replacement process typically takes about 30-60 minutes.

Believe it or not, this is super important! Don't throw away the packaging. Manufacturers won't accept returns on a part without the genuine OEM Packaging, so we won't be able to credit you. (Even if the part is brand new with no packaging, we would have to return it to you).
WE ALSO CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN IF:
You have installed or attempted to install or disassemble the part
You have painted the part.
You have broken the part.
You have lost the original packaging.
You have gotten the part wet, or the part has greasy fingerprints.
ELECTRICAL PARTS.
Electrical parts can only be returned if they have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. If the part shows signs, of an attempted install we will be unable to accept your return.

One Time replacement.
Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
