Steps:
- Start by locating the passenger side power sliding door center roller hinge. It is usually located on the inside of the door, near the center.
- Use a socket wrench set to remove the bolts that hold the old hinge in place. Keep the bolts and nuts aside in a safe place, as they will be needed later.
- Once the old hinge has been removed, use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry off any remaining clips or fasteners that may still be attached to the door.
- Take the new hinge and align it with the holes where the old hinge was attached. Make sure it is centered properly.
- Use the bolts and nuts that were removed earlier to attach the new hinge to the door. Tighten them securely with a socket wrench set.
- Test the new hinge by opening and closing the sliding door a few times to make sure it is functioning properly.
- If everything is working as expected, use a Phillips head screwdriver to reattach any clips or fasteners that were removed earlier.
