Over time, the head gasket in the engine can start to leak, leading to reduced engine performance and in some cases, complete engine failure. Installation Instructions:

Disconnect the negative battery cable before starting the installation.

Remove the valve covers, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, rocker arm assembly, pushrods, and lifters to access the head.

Remove the passenger side head by loosening the head bolts in a criss-cross pattern.

Remove the old head gasket and clean the mating surface of the engine block and cylinder head.

Install the new head gasket onto the engine block, making sure it is properly aligned.

Install the new passenger side head onto the engine block and torque the head bolts to the manufacturer's specifications in a criss-cross pattern.

Reinstall the pushrods, lifters, rocker arm assembly, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, and valve covers.

Reconnect the negative battery cable and start the engine.

You have broken the part.
You have lost the original packaging.

Electrical parts can only be returned if they have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. If the part shows signs, of an attempted install we will be unable to accept your return.

One Time replacement.
Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
