Installation Instructions:

Begin by locating the gear shift lever boot on your Ford F250 or F350 with a 6.0L or 7.3L diesel engine and manual transmission. This is typically located on the floor of the vehicle, around the gear shift lever.

Use a flathead screwdriver or a trim removal tool to gently pry off the old gear shift lever boot from the mounting location. Be careful not to scratch or damage the surrounding plastic or leather.

Once the old boot is removed, inspect the area around the mounting location to make sure there is no debris or dust that may interfere with the installation of the new boot.

Take the new genuine Ford gear shift lever boot and align it with the mounting location. Gently press it into place until it snaps securely onto the mounting tabs.

Test the new boot by shifting through the gears to ensure that it is properly installed and working correctly.
