8. Push the new dust cover boot onto the clutch release cylinder until it is fully seated.
9. Reinstall the clutch release cylinder onto the transmission bell housing, making sure to align the push rod with the clutch fork.
10. Secure the clutch release cylinder to the transmission bell housing with the two bolts removed earlier.
11. Reinstall the retaining clip that secures the clutch release cylinder push rod to the clutch fork.
12. Lower the vehicle (if necessary) and test the clutch pedal to ensure that it operates smoothly and that the dust cover boot is properly installed.
