Replacing the 2007-2009 Kia Sorento Automatic Transmission Gear Shift Knob Lever requires the following tools:
- Flathead screwdriver
- Wrench

Step 1: Remove the old gear shift knob lever Using a flathead screwdriver, gently pry off the old gear shift knob lever from the shift assembly. Alternatively, some models may require you to remove a screw or nut located underneath the gear shift knob.
Step 2: Install the new gear shift knob lever Slide the new gear shift knob lever onto the shift assembly and align it with the mounting slot. Push it firmly onto the assembly until it clicks into place.
Step 3: Tighten the screw or nut If your Kia Sorento model required the removal of a screw or nut, use a wrench to tighten it securely in place.
Step 4: Test the new gear shift knob lever Test the new gear shift knob lever to make sure it is securely in place and that it is functioning properly.

You have painted the part.
You have broken the part.
You have lost the original packaging.
You have gotten the part wet, or the part has greasy fingerprints.

Electrical parts can only be returned if they have not been installed, programmed, or plugged in. If the part shows signs, of an attempted install we will be unable to accept your return.

Warranty Covers only one replacement in the warranty period. Multiple Replacements are not covered, after one replacement warranty will no longer be in effect.
Warranty Is nontransferable and is only valid for the VIN number of the vehicle for which it was purchased. Warranty does not transfer to the new owner of the item purchased or the vehicle purchased with the item installed.
